Technical Training Manager (From IT Industry)
Exp: 7 to 10 Yrs
Location: WFO, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Education: Any Stream (throughout 60% i.e. in 10th, 12th & into Graduation)
Office Timings: Monday to Friday 6 pm to 3.30 am
Training Manager duties and responsibilities :
Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses
Identify training needs according to needs
Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
