PROCESS NAME- International Technical Voice Process

QUALIFICATION- Any 12+3 years diploma/graduate

EXPERIENCE- Min 1 year exp in any technical support (domestic/International)

OR Min 2 year exp in technical support (only International)

SKILLS- Service desk/VPN/Active directory/O365 365/Ticketing tools

SALARY- Upto 4LPA-6LPA

ALLOWANCES & INCENTIVES- upto 2000 night shift allowances & 5k incentives based on your performance

NOTICE PERIOD- Immediate Joiners

SHIFTS- 247shifts

WORKING DAYS- 5 days working 2 days rotational off

LOCATION- Hinjewadi,Pune

CAB FACILITY- Both side cab

WORK MODE - Office

INTERVIEW MODE- Virtual

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
