About Company : Provides software solutions for Financiers,Credit Co-Operative Banks and other Financial organizations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Handle the customer queries, process their requests and get the feedback,solve the queries and follow up of the queries.
Will be put to handle the requests and to attend the customers/clients who are buyers of Software from us, take their queries, solve if possible on live support technically or get the queries on hold for further processing by higher authorities.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
This may include education, previous job experience, certifications and technical skills.
Minimum Education Qualifications: 12th or any equivalent
Education Qualifications : Any Degree(preferred B.COM, M.COM)
Fresher/Experienced in Tech support(BPO,VOICE SUPPORT,TECHNICAL SUPPORT).
Communication : Good Verbal skills on Kannada and English.
Team Player.
Technical skills : Computer skills.
Benefits

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
