Technical Editors/Proof readers required for Neelkanth Publishers, Location Jaipur.
Education Requirement:-
Master / Bachelor degree in Engineering like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical
Fresher can also apply (not pursuing).
Skills:
A good knowledge on technical topics & terminology.
Able to write in professional & explanatory style.
A good command of grammar and vocabulary.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for researching technical content for book.
Should also be able to edit/rewrite text to ensure that it flows or reads better and adheres to the style guide of the publication.
Proof reading and correcting errors related to content, punctuation, grammatical mistake, style in manuscripts before finalizing the technical book.
Must ensure that spelling, diagrams and formatting are correct.
Checking editorial content for accuracy, context, grammar, spelling and facts and maintaining consistency.
Ensuring that content is correctly tagged and categorized, according to right structure.
Working Location
