Who We Are

ArgusNDT Inc., a RAE company, is a forward-thinking technology company innovating at the intersection of software and hardware solutions. We specialize in delivering advanced tools and systems for industrial inspection, with a focus on non-destructive testing (NDT), automated ultrasonic testing (AUT), and pipeline integrity. We're growing fast—and looking for a Technical Writer to help us tell our story with precision, clarity, and impact.

What You’ll Do

As our Technical Writer, you’ll bridge the gap between complex engineering and clear, accessible content for a wide range of users. You'll collaborate with software developers, R&D engineers, and field technicians to create accurate, engaging, and user-friendly documentation that enhances product understanding and supports our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Write, structure, and maintain technical documentation, including:

User manuals, setup guides, training materials, and help files for software and hardware products

Internal documentation to support ongoing product development and maintenance

Design and develop online training content using e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Collaborate closely with engineering and software teams to ensure all documentation reflects current features and workflows

Research and author technical articles, white papers, and thought leadership content for industry publications and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)

Assist with content creation for grant applications, proposals, and cross-functional communications

Contribute to marketing initiatives, including product sheets, social media posts, website copy, and customer-facing collateral

About You

You’re a storyteller with a deep appreciation for technical detail. You love digging into complex topics, asking the right questions, and transforming raw information into clear, concise, and user-centered content. You’re as comfortable brainstorming with engineers as you are in front of a blank document—ready to shape the next great piece of content.
