"• Hands on experience on the following tools: Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Suite, MS office, Adobe Photoshop, and Snag IT.
• Good understanding of SDLC processes.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both written & verbal) skills in English with the ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner.
• Experience in Technical Writing about Healthcare domain software or similar applications.
• Experience in core information development processes: content planning, content creation and content review.
• Develop content using style guides: Microsoft Style of Technical Publications (MSTP) and Chicago Manual of Style
• Understanding of any Repository Tools: Azure-Devops"

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
• Passionately committed to the consistency and clarity of technical documentation
• Work closely with the Lead Designers / Product Manager to identify & answer important product/solution questions for Technical Documentation
• Ensure compliance to the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements
• Highly detail-oriented individual goes a long way to monitor the flow of the content and capture it in the paper for the audience
• Design and delivers the key customer needs as software solution Documentation (Installation Guides, Configuration Guides, User Guides, Online Help etc)
• Interface with stakeholders for requirements understanding, architecture clarifications etc.
• Actively participates in project estimation, planning and risk management activities with respect technical documentation.
• Identify and escalate risks on time
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Develop content using style guides: Microsoft Style of Technical Publications (MSTP) and Chicago Manual of Style."
