Job Summary
• Write high-quality technical documentation for Company products
• Create new and update existing help files using the help authoring tool
• Explore product APIs and samples to understand the product and features
• Collaborate with the technical team to make the products easier to use by writing a simple instructions manual.
• Create simple use case samples to explain product features
• Report issues with products API, demo(s), website, etc. found during exploration
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of products.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing in the relevant field
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Expert skills in any Help Authoring tool
• Understands technology
