To achieve our mission, we are building the world’s most powerful iPaaS with multiple automation solutions, for which we are looking for smart and energetic software engineers and developers to join our engineering team.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Determine the needs of internal stakeholders and end users to write technical documentation.
• Study applications, workflows and use cases to write suitable content.
• Create and curate photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding.
• Update and revise technical documentation periodically.
Skills required:
• Experience in writing developer-facing documentation and other forms of technical content.
• Demonstrated ability to write technically accurate, concise, and thorough content.
• Demonstrated ability to independently scope out and manage writing projects.
• Established ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Experience writing for web, software, hardware, or cloud technologies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of 2 to 4 years in the technology industry.
• Ability to understand technical information.
• Work from Office: Location - Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
• Immediate joiners preferred
