Job Description
As a technical content writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining all productrelated documentation such as release notes, user guides, API documentation, that helps customers get the most outof the product. You will be an integral part of the Product Management team working closely with product managers, engineers, and the user experience team in an Agile development environment. The ideal candidate would be someone who is a creative content creator, with excellent people skills, who knows what customers need, someone who is not afraid of complex technologies and has a passion for writing and formatting to produce premium documentation. The ideal candidate shall be self-directed, passionate about technology, produce high-quality documentation, and understand how your work contributes to the overall success of the product.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for creating and maintaining easy to understand, well-presented and appropriately illustrated content for the Finxera product technical documentation including API guides, user guides, product release notes and product training material.
• Create Finxera Release Notes in a timely fashion for use by customers and employees and conduct webinars and presentations as required.
• Work closely with Product Management, Development, Customer Support and Internal customers to review product functional specifications, QA documentation and test product releases to fully grasp and create product feature documents.
• Excellent technical writing skills and ability to peer review technical documents for grammar, content and style of writing.
• Adhere to all Company security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties. Revise documents and provide updates as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Should have scored 70% & above in 10th and 12th grade.
• A Minimum of Bachelors degree in BBA, Economics, Commerce, Computer Science, or equivalent. Post-Graduation MBA will be an added advantage.
• Ability to understand software products and document release notes, API guides and user guides Ability to learn quickly and independently, strong team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work constructively with developers, QA, Project managers and Management towards a common goal High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer and our company succeed
