We're searching for an experienced technical writer to join our team and help take our customer-focused products and services to new heights. As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly technical field, such as software development, computer science, or engineering. Your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information is second to none, and you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field. This role requires preparation of context specific documents for end user support, organization support, project support, and marketing support.
5-7 + years of relevant core experience in technical writing is a must.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Research, outline, craft, and edit product and project specific content; collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful content that is specific to the user context
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write end user documentation, user guides, online help systems, training programs, release notes, operating procedures among other documents.
· Create and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational standards
· Develop content in diverse media forms for better usability, with a consistent voice across deliverables
· Provide documentation based on the respective version of the products, describing product processes, visualized as text and/or flow charts.
· Work proactively with Product/Projects teams to ensure that all information is technically accurate, comprehensive and in compliance with documentation standards.
· Use content management system (CMS) to manage the lifecycle of documentation including draft, review, and publish phases.
Skillset:
· Exceptional technical writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our businesss various types of content.
· Passion for technology, communication and strong understanding of the industry and organization s mission.
· Excellent command over written and verbal communication.
· Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable to users in the form of text, images, videos, infographics.
· Ability to identify issues, challenges, and gaps associated with the content.
Requirements
Consultant- SAP ABAP HR – Workflow Reporting Structure Reports to Solution Architect ABAP Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Experience/Qualifications 1. 3 to 6-years of relevant experience 2. Experience in Previous SAP implementation(s) is a must 3. Experience in Banking domain/Business Intelligence/SAP /ERP solution implementation are preferred Industry Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization Responsibilities 1. Experience in SAP ABAP HR Design and Development with 2+ full cycle implementations as an ABAP Developer in HR module 2. Experience on SAP HCM modules including requirements gathering, planning, and scoping, application design, testing, deployment, and post golive support. 3. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements 4. Experience in WRICEF, OOP's, Using HR logical databases including reports, programs, screens & also worked with HR macros when reading data from Infotypes 5. Strong experience in Workflow is must 6. Strong hands-on in ABAP technologies such as Enhancement Framework, BADIs, ABAP Objects, HR Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Script etc 7. Working experience in Web Dynpro Application programming. 8. Knowledge of interfacing between SAP & Non-SAP Systems & Exposure to ALE/IDOC, BRF+ will be added advantage +. Ability to resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations 10. Document the AS-IS Processes, To-Be Processes; Perform Gap analysis along with other technical documentations 11. Receiving tickets/issues from business. Analysing the ticket and resolving the issue in time 12. Possess analytical abilities, communication, and client Interfacing skills Certifications (Any-One) SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.50 Certification(preferred) Employment Type All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of Five years, extendable by mutual consent Location Mumbai/Bangalore Indi
