Position Technical Writer
Location - Mumbai
Notice Period :- 30 Days
Salary and Remuneration Negotiable as per the Experience and Qualification of the candidate
Experience 2 Years +
MUST Proven Working Experience in Technical Writing of Software Documentation.
• Basic Knowledge of any Documentation Tools.
• Good written Skills in English.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Equivalent Preferred
• Desirable Knowledge of Retail Business Procedures and Application.
• Duties and Responsibilities Study & Write documentation for End Users (Technical, Functional & User) of our product "RetailWhizz" POS & ERP - Retail Solution
• Work with Internal Team of Coordinators, Developers & Support for In-depth Understanding of the Product and the Documentation Requirements.
• Revise Documents as New Issues Arise or Resolved.
• Gather Usability Feedback from Customers and Internal Team Members
• Use Photographs, Drawings, Diagrams, Animation, and Charts that Increase Users’ Understanding.
• Commitment 2 Years (after confirmation) | 2.5 Years (after DOJ)
