• Preparation/updation of SIPs for 60 + Sub-assemblies
• Preparation of Animation/videos for a select few critical Sub-assy.
• Preparation of Sub-assy. wise BOPs
• Preparation of production test procedures for select critical sub-assy.
Skills required:
• Preparing Sub- assembly sequence of operations ( Exploded views of assy.)
• Well-versed with a solid edge or other 3D tools
• Arranging parts in assembly sequence-wise as part of SIP
• Preparation of assembly documentation as per JS0251
• Preparation of animation/video streaming for the sequence of critical assemblies
