Job Description
INSIDEA is seeking a highly skilled technical writer to join our team. As a technical writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical content, including product documentation, website pages, ebooks, and other B2B SaaS materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, a strong technical background, and experience researching and writing about technical topics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and write technical content, including product documentation, website pages, ebooks, and other B2B SaaS materials
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical content.
• Analyze complex technical information and translate it into clear, concise language for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure that all technical content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with the company's brand voice and style guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent and organized approach to content creation, including tracking progress and deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to ensure that technical content is current and relevant.

Qualifications
• Engineering background or qualification premised on Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS technical writings
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Familiarity with content management systems, style guides, and best practices for technical writing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
