Job Description
Our client is a global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions that enable operators to improve quality, reduce network operational expenses, and manage and monetize the mobile Internet.
The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation related to network optimization.
The documentation will include but is not limited to, user manuals, technical reports, system design documents, and standard operating procedures.
The Technical Writer will work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information is captured
and communicated effectively.
This role will report to the CTO.
Requirements:
• Fluent English speaker
• 5+ Years of relevant experience
• Fluency in technical terminology related to optimization network systems - a big advantage
Responsibilities:
• Research and gather information from subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand technical concepts and features related to network optimization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as user manuals, technical reports, system design documents, and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Ensure that technical documentation is written in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner, and is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Edit and proofread technical documentation to ensure that it meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with other members of the technical writing team to ensure consistency and standardization of documentation across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies related to network optimization, and incorporate this knowledge into technical documentation as appropriate.
Qualifications:
• University-level education in a technical field, such as computer science, electrical engineering, or telecommunications - is a big advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with technical writing tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to established documentation standards and procedures.
• Experience as a technical writer in a similar industry, such as telecommunications or wireless networking - a big advantage
• Strong understanding of network optimization concepts and technologies - a big advantage
