• Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office only)candidates serving Notice, Immediate Joiners Preferred for this Role.
Write easy-to-understand user User manuals, Developer guides and API documentation for Mobile banking Products, Solutions and services.
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
Create and maintain the information architecture.
RequirementsProven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
Desirable experience is 4-10 yearsExperience creating technical documentation such as user guides, API references, and online help systems, with a focus on SEO best practices.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to build strong relationships with subject matter experts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Experience in Banking or Fintech software is an added advantage.
