If you are willingto :
• Work with internal teamsto obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and thedocumentationrequirements
• Producehigh-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and isappropriate for its intendedaudience
• Writeuser-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience,turning insights language that sets our users up forsuccess
• Create tutorialsto help end-users use a variety ofapplications
• Analyze existing and potentialcontent, focusing on reuse and single-sourcingopportunities
• Collect userfeedback to update and improve the content
• Workwith technical leads to increase digital footprint by writingtechnical blogs across the net
You bringalong-
• Bachelor s degree in a relevanttechnical field
• 4-6 years industry experienceas an effective technical writer
• Proven abilityto quickly learn and understand complexprojects
• Proven ability to multi-tasking andquickly change mind-space from one task toanother
• Previousexperience writing documentation and procedural materials formultipleaudiences
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye fordetail
• Experience workingwith engineering to improve the user experience : design, UI, andhelp refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technicalsupport content
