Description:
• A versatile technical writer to join a small yet mighty team of product enthusiasts who are on a mission to make enterprises digital.
• We need you to help create content while working closely with the product managers.
• Liaise with the development, testing, sales, pre-sales, marketing, and support teams to understand the product features, customer pain points, and use cases.
• You need to articulate your understanding.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Proactively learn the product features Liaise with the Development, Test teams, Product Owner to acquire understanding of the product.
• Creating, authoring, publishing high quality technical documentation (e.g. user manuals, getting started guides, how to guides, installation manuals etc.) about the product.
• Provide well structured, detailed, descriptive technical documentation for product features. We exist to enable our customers in safeguarding, powering & enriching lives
• Maintain the repository of all the created artifacts Own, and drive the documentation review, approval, and publishing process.
• Deliver as per the plan and timelines aligned with the product owner.
Profile: Technical Writer
Location: Indore, MP (work from office)
Experience: 1 - 3 years
