Objectives of this Role

Developcomprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
·
Obtaina deep understanding of products and services to translate complex productinformation into simple, polished, and engaging content
·
Writeuser-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turninginsights language that sets our users up for success
·
Developand maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, includingresearch, usability tests, and design specifications
·
Evaluatecurrent content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
·
Research,outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with variousdepartments to understand feature/product requirements
·
Independentlygather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and writeprocedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
·
Workwith development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories,revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation andcentralized storage
·
Research,create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizationaland legal standards, and allow for easy data migration
·
Developcontent in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent andcohesive voice across all documentation
Skills and Qualifications
·
Bachelor’sdegree in relevant technical field
·
2-4years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer
·
Provenability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
·
Previousexperience writing documentation and procedural materials for multipleaudiences
·
Superiorwritten and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
·
Experienceworking with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and helprefine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
Preferred Qualifications

Provenability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye forprioritization
·
Firmunderstanding of the systems development life cycle (Agile Scrum)
·
Experienceusing various tools to create documentation
