What the role is:
As a freelance technical writer at Parablu, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality, and informative content that showcases our expertise, products, and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with our business goals and branding strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Writes about technical subjects for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Creates user assistance infrastructure, including how-to sections, FAQs, and Help sections.
• Updates, edits, and proofreads written materials such as product manuals, user manuals, how-to guides, and FAQs.
• Works closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and product marketing team.
• Collects user data to determine areas of documentation that need revision and updating.
Experience:
• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience as a tech writer.
• Work type: work from office (hybrid)
