Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Specialist with expertise in Blockchain technology, technical writing, effective client communication, and business development activities.
The ideal candidate must have experience working with Blockchain technology, and experience in creating technical documentation, wireframes, and prototypes using FIGMA.
As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client communication, acting as a link between in-house development teams and clients, and delivering high-quality technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client communication and ensure effective communication between clients and in-house development teams.
• Develop technical documentation & SOS Documentation including user manuals, developer guides, and other technical materials related to Blockchain applications.
• Create wireframes and prototypes for Blockchain-based applications using FIGMA and other tools.
• Work closely with developers to understand technical requirements and ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in the development of Blockchain-based applications, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure that all technical aspects of the application are properly documented.
• Collaborate with all teams to ensure consistency in documentation across all projects.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in Blockchain technology and related fields by creating SOPs.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client pitches.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Blockchain technology.
• Excellent technical writing skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with clients, and participate in business development activities.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using FIGMA or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Expertise in SOS documentation and other documentation standards is preferred.
• Strong understanding of tech stack and programming languages such as Solidity, Java, and Python is preferred.
