Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Maintaining technical documents that align with contractual obligations and organisational frameworks;
Ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISO +001, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency in all technical documents;
Conducting root cause analysis, identifying process issues and proposing corrective actions to improve workflow and documentation processes;
Presenting improvement strategies and recommendations to leadership teams to implement strategic changes.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A degree in Business or a related field;
Experience working in a large, complex organisation supporting Enterprise/Fed Gov clients (desirable);
Strong communication skills with experience dealing with various levels of an organisation;
Experience with ISO +001 (desirable).
You must be an Australian citizen and eligible for Federal Government security clearance.
