Streamliners wishes to continue growing its membership base so that more people around the world can benefit from our services and we can, in turn, invest in scaling and developing our offering to optimise the value of our services to members.
What will you do?
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), based in our Christchurch office.
In this role, you will:
provide high quality content writing and editing services to customers around the world
use technical and problem-solving skills to create effective content solutions for our customers
work within a team of highly skilled writers and content developers who regularly collaborate with a variety of health and social care clinicians
contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality processes and standards.
Who are you?
You’ll be a highly motivated individual wanting to use your writing and technical aptitude to work with our customers to edit health-related content for use in general practices and hospitals.
You will have:
A diploma and/or bachelor’s degree focused on critical thinking, problem solving, communication or related field. Proven writing or editing experience is an advantage.
You will also be someone who:
is a strong team player who understands the value of positive, trusting teams who work together as one
is results driven and passionate about delivering exceptional service
values communication that is simple, clear, and straight to the point
has a genuine interest in technology and in learning new software and skills
is adaptable and understands the value of continuous process improvement
shows resilience and composure under pressure, even when there are bumps in the road
demonstrates initiative and a natural talent for staying focused on tasks – you know when to handle them independently and when to escalate them, actively engaging others as needed
has patience and understands the importance of allowing space for growth, as advancing in this role takes time and experience.
