About the Role: We are seeking a talented Technical Writer/Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with writers, editors, and subject matter experts to develop high-quality technical content tailored to professional and technical audiences. From researching and resolving content issues to drafting and editing release notes, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our content meets the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with writers and editors to develop high-quality technical content
Research and resolve content issues identified by customers or colleagues
Draft, maintain, and edit content for release notes, publications, and backlog
Balance multiple deliverables across various product areas
Prepare content for online delivery and ensure adherence to Workday writing style guidelines
Provide regular updates to managers and leads on project status
Track work using appropriate tools such as Jira
Mentor new writers with less experience in aspects of the job
About You: We're looking for someone with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. You should be analytical with strong attention to detail and able to work efficiently in a lively environment. Prioritizing assignments and meeting deadlines should be second nature to you.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent
Other Qualifications:
Experience implementing or working with enterprise software preferred
Proficient knowledge of DITA and XML authoring tools
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Proactive and able to work independently on multiple assignments
