Job Description
· Work with the business development and developer team to understand the project scope and documentation requirements
· Develop quality documentation in plain English with relevant graphics/wireframes, keeping the client needs in mind
· Working with the business development team to craft slide decks and other documents
· Provide technical documentation for product updates, enhancements, bug fixes, and new features
· Working with the multimedia team to create product tutorials for the end users of ERP and CRM products
· Management of existing content and reusing whenever necessary
· Creating information architecture, user interface texts, online help, and development guides
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an ability to juggle multiple projects
Candidate requirements
· Bachelor's/Master's in English or B.Tech/BCA/M.Tech with proven writing skills
· At least 2 years of working experience in either content writing, or preferably software documentation
· A basic understanding of business software such as ERPs and CRMs
· Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and convert them in easily understandable language for the laypeople
· Problem-solving skills with an ardent attention to detail
· Should be at ease with the latest technology and concepts like big data and cloud
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
