What you will do for Sectona as Technical Writer- Primary Responsibilities
• Deliver accurate customer-facing documentation on time and with a high degree of quality and predefined documents format.
• Create strategic initiatives around authoring environments and development processes.
• Create documentation from scratch for new products or process.
• Develop and implement single-source strategies.
• Generate user guides, programming guides, systems diagrams, release notes, and knowledge bases and troubleshooting articles for internal and external audiences
• Design technical flow diagrams, architecture diagrams using required tools
• Monitoring product release cycle and generating release notes
• Publishing documentation as well as release notes on public platform
• Research around new technical concepts related to product.
• Writing test cases for any or all new features added in the product.

Skills, Education, and Experience you require
• Relevant education background in IT/ Computers, B.E./ B.Tech/ BCA/ M.Tech/ MCA
• Freshers are encouraged to apply or candidates with minimum 1+ years of experience in high growth, tech environments building documentation for technical products.
• Specific technical expertise in Confluence,
• Impeccable written English skills
• A history of fearless hands-on investigation and product use and a strong customer advocate mentality
• Comfort with agile, swiftly changing, dynamic software development situations.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to establish and follow style and usage guidelines.
• Ability to drive, follow, and evangelize cross-team processes
• Experience using enterprise-grade bug tracking systems, such as JIRA
• Must understand content reuse and single sourcing.
