Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Writer with 2+ years of experience
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to prepare, review, revise and manage control of the deliverables
• Participate in the quality management process
• Standardize the documentation process across the organization
• Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
• Ensures consistency, clarity, and quality in and across all types of documentation.
• Reviews content of technical documentation for quality.
• Adapts formats to technical and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Science/Engineering/English.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent written English skills.
Technical background with a sharp analytical mind to grasp concepts related to telecommunications.
Proficient in using FrameMaker and RoboHelp.
Ability to write highly readable technical text in English.
Ability to analyze information and structure a document.
Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
Ability to quickly acquire missing knowledge of the subject area
