About the Internship:
We are looking for a technical writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our product. You will work collaboratively with our delivery teams and technical teams to produce product and process documentation. You will create knowledge bases and training resources both for internal usage and for customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
2. Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
3. Create and maintain the information architecture
4. Produce high-quality documentation both for internal and customer use
5. Write easy-to-understand user manuals, knowledge bases, Q&A resources, and other documentation
6. Create tutorials using various media to help both end-users and our technical, delivery, and support teams
7. Organize, structure, and write documents and articles related to the company's products and solutions. These articles would involve detailing module-wise features, user manuals, and FAQs for customers and internal L1, L2, L3 teams, etc.
8. Organize and document monthly product and bug fix release notes
1. Preferably bachelor's or master's degree in English/journalism/mass communication
