Title: Technical Writer - Intern

Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and a desire to learn new technologies. As a Technical Writer, you will work closely with our engineering teams to produce high-quality documentation that helps our users understand our products and services.

Responsibilities:
 Write clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, product guides,and release notes
 Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand technical concepts and
translate them into easy-to-understand language.
 Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all documentation
 Continuously work on the improvement of documentation processes and standards
 Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop documentation plans
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, journalism, or a related field
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Familiarity with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Office
 Experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems is a plus
 Have basic understanding on technical terms and coding practices
 Passion for technology and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
