Designation - Technical Writer
Experience - 1 to 2 years of technical writing experience
Educational Qualification
• Any Degree
• Certification in Technical Writing is preferred
Technical Skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in using documentation tools like RoboHelp 2026.
• Experience in Agile framework, JIRA, and Confluence would be helpful.
• Experience in developing Html based context-sensitive help within the web application.
• Familiar with the use of graphic tools such as SNAGIT.
Writing Skills
• Ability to understand and quickly assimilate the necessary information from the application to write and update content for technical documents such as:
• Installation Guide
• User Guide
• Administrator Guide
• Release Notes
• Online Help
• Tutorials
• Good understanding of standard documentation best practices used in Software development organizations.
• Strong written communication skills, good vocabulary, and understanding of the use of correct and relevant verbiage.
• Experience in the usage of the Microsoft Style Guide.
• Ability to adhere to the company-specific Style Guide.
Others Skills
• Excellent team player.
• Good interpersonal skills, taking initiative and having the right attitude towards making a useful contribution towards self, team, and the company.
Cost to Company (CTC) - As per the industry standards.
