Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.

Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement. Includes the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Developing training programs and working with existing content localizing to each individual site

Technical writer will draft and write documents

Work with subject matter experts and site teams.

Must have 2 years experience
