This position, under the direction of the Director of Marketing, is responsible for a wide variety of technical writing and technical communication duties which include preparing product manuals, technical marketing collateral, and training materials to support all company brands and products

Revise and update existing manufacturing documentation based on ECO activity and manufacturing input

Work with manufacturing and engineering personnel to produce documentation that supports the delivery and installation of field retrofits, upgrades

Participate in design reviews and new product design meetings

Write, photograph, and/or video technical marketing content for distribution on web and social platforms Create written and/or video training materials to support product end-users Qualifications:

inTEST Thermal Solutions is now seeking to recruit a full time TECHNICAL WRITER based in our location in Mansfield, MA. Position can be in office or hybrid (three days in office/two remote after training period.)

Bachelors in Technical Communications desired with 2-5 years related experience or equivalent Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities required. Basic photo and video skills required Ability to develop technical manuals and digital media for company and customer use. Ability to quickly understand Company products both theoretical and operational; experience working with engineering or field service a plus Familiarity with refrigeration systems and microprocessor controls a plus. Strong interpersonal skills Candidate must be energetic and flexible, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
