Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic Product Team at Netcore Solutions. As a Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our product documentation, ensuring that it is comprehensive, consistent, and Userfriendly. You will collaborate with various teams to benchmark our documentation against industry competitors, gather feedback from customer-facing teams, and create valuable content that enables our users to maximize the potential of our products.
The impact you will create in the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic Product Team at Netcore Cloud. As a Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our product documentation, ensuring that it is comprehensive, consistent, and user-friendly. You will collaborate with various teams to benchmark our documentation against industry competitors, gather feedback from customer-facing teams, and create valuable content that enables our users to maximize the potential of our products.
1. Documentation Review and Enhancement
: • Review and enhance all existing product documentation, prioritizing CE (Customer Engagement), CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service), and PX (Product Experience) documentation.
• Improve documentation comprehensibility, consistency, and accuracy.
• Update screenshots and create how-to videos to enhance user understanding.
2. Documentation Benchmarking and Feedback:
• Benchmark Netcore product documentation against industry competitors to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams, including onboarding and support, to gather feedback on documentation.
• Act on feedback to make continuous improvements to documentation quality.
3. API Documentation Collaboration:
• Work closely with the development team to create and maintain API documentation.
• Ensure API documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to developers and users.
4. Release Notes and Product Communication:
• Review and contribute to the preparation of release notes, newsletters, and other product-related communications.
• Ensure that all product updates and changes are effectively communicated to users and stakeholders.
5. Blogging and Content Creation:
• Collaborate with the product and product marketing teams to create engaging and informative blog posts.
• Produce content that highlights the features, benefits, and best practices related to Netcore products.
What we look for?
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related discipline).
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in tools and software commonly used for technical documentation.
• Familiarity with API documentation and development concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
