Job Description
Seek technically capable candidates to develop new products technical documentation and update legacy product documentation for semiconductor equipment. - Source relevant content knowledge from databases, pre-existing documents, tool builds and Subject Matter Experts to create, develop, update, and publish highly accurate, complete, and concise product and service documents on a timely basis - Develop and author technical documents while adhering to publication processes and style guides. Work with Applied Material's Manager to determine scope, deliverables, and schedule of documentation projects. Requirements : - Candidate with a Bachelor's Degree - 1 - 3-year experience in Technical Writing. - Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in technical publishing software : 1. DITA XML: Oxygen Editor 2. Content Management System (CMS): SDL Tridion Docs, SharePoint, Teams 3. Graphical: Inkscape, Notepad++, and MS Paint 4. Adobe Suite: Acrobat Pro DC, Frame Maker 5. MS Office Suite : Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook - Ability to work in a cross-functional organization and multitask on multiple projects.
