Job Description :
• Around 2-8 years of professional writing experience, preferably with a software development/ consulting organization
• Writing/ formatting profiles that are in line with the Technical Job Description, and interacting with the resources to update the profile matching the required skillset
• Editing and formatting resumes in specified format/ template of the organization
• Writing task details, meeting deadlines, and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
• Revising content whenever resources/ consultants/ recruiters request changes
• Understanding grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences
• Suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
• Working with Recruiters/ RMG/ Delivery to define their content needs
• Conducting research on any given topic/ technologies
• Being mindful of things like flow, readability, and sentence variety
• Understanding of search engine is a must
• Ability to cooperate with other writers and editors to complete tasks
• Research online to create content that are innovative and original
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Delivery Heads, and RMG on a day-to-day basis
• Excellent grammar and writing skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
