In this unique global role, you will work with Partner Integration Team.
Role Responsibilities
• Creation and maintenance of IT documentation such as instructional guides, reference manuals, systems and technical design templates, handbooks, and reports.
• Collaborate with Business and Product teams, software developers, QA specialists, and other team members to ensure timely and successful updates to documentation.
• Understand Western Union products and be part of technical discussions with relevant stakeholders and provide valuable inputs.
Role Requirements
• In this crucial role you will need good hands-on experience documentation tools e.g Confluence, Microsoft and Adobe tool.
• Hands-on experience on Lucid charts is a plus
• Be able to understand Soap and Rest API and yaml
• Good Problem-solving skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach
