Position: Technical Writer / Content Writer
eTutor
Connect is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will create content that explains complex technical concepts or instructions related to our academic assistance services. We will provide the necessary training and support to help you excel in this role.
Responsibilities
Write and maintain user manuals, product descriptions, technical reports, and other documentation related to eTutor
Connect's academic assistance services.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.
Create and edit graphics, screenshots, and other visuals to enhance documentation.
Manage documentation projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Continuously improve documentation quality and consistency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other technical writing software.
Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
