The successful candidate will be responsible for performing minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc. work as part of our maintenance team. This includes tasks such as routine equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations.
In addition to technical skills, strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also critical.
Required Qualifications and Skills

A valid driver's license is required, and a CDL license must be obtained within +0 days of hire. Previous experience performing minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. work is essential. Good interpersonal and customer service skills are also required.
