• Collect schedule for the day
• Mobilize right equipment and proper chemical
• Reporting at customers premise in time in a presentable manner
• Introduce and present Identity Card after greetings
• Inspect the premises to be treated
• Deliver the service as per inspection findings
• Clean the premises if service generates any residue like dust and spillages
• Inform client about Do’s and Don’ts
• Obtain job completion signature
• Collect payment and issue a receipt if applicable
• Inform Service Centre with immediate effect on Postponement / Cancellation / Area Mismatch and Inspection Report Mismatch
• Ensure SCF is signed by a customer before the start of service
• Daily activity duly filled in with chemical consumption, job done/not done & payment collection
