Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Basic knowledge on HW purchase
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Qualification
1-2 years of Industry Experience in handling end user support (PC/Laptop/Mobile Devices etc.)
Desk side (Win7/Win 10) Troubleshooting experience.
OS & Application (MS-Office, Acrobat Reader etc.), Antivirus handling experience
Mail Client installation/troubleshooting Knowledge
Good experience for managing desktops / Laptops / Network Printers etc.
Good Communication Skills
English is not a must but preferred
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Diploma in Computer Science or relevant field, or comparable demonstrated work experience and skills
Self-motivation, can proactively take responsibility
Comfortable to work independently with remote manager
