Designation: Technician
Role reports to: Team Lead
Department: R&D
Reportees: Individual contributor
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor chemical processes and productions of reactors
• Maintain and monitor quality of products to meet standards and specifications.
• Maintain production instruments and equipment.
• Troubleshoot production/ reactor problems.
• Compile and interpret results of tests and analyses.
• Prepare technical reports, graphs, and charts.
• Assess, analyse and design the process for efficient and effective production of the process.
• Must possess analytical skills to improve the process/design for efficiency, quality, performance.
• Must participate in process performance trending and analysis, troubleshoot process anomalies, evaluate process strategies and suggest improvements.
• Must be a team player and comfortable as an individual contributor.
• Must be able to compile and analyse data done through research/studies.
Educational Qualification: Diploma (Chemical/ Metallurgy)
Work experience: 1+ year of work experience
Industry: Research & Development.
