Job Description: As the Manager for Service Technicians, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of our water treatment systems. You will lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all services are performed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise a team of Service Technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to technicians to foster professional growth.
• Maintain inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring technicians have the necessary tools to perform their duties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to water treatment systems.
• Develop and implement service protocols and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
• Monitor and report on service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a technical service or related field, preferably within the water treatment industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of water purification, softening, and filtration systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
