Summary of Job
To handle Operation of Cooling Towers, Air compressor, N2 Plant, Brine chillers, Thermic Fluid heater and Water Chillers including cooling water treatment
Key Responsibilities
(Performance Indicators)
• Shift Operation of Cooling Towers, Air compressor, N2 Plant, Brine chillers, Thermic Fluid heater and Water Chillers including cooling water treatment.
• To operate, monitor, maintain, and trouble-shoot the Utility Equipment to its processes.
• Work involves responsibility for the technical aspects of plant operations, compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Having sufficient knowledge of Operation, maintenance and rectification of issues in operation.
• Adheres to safety programs to promote a safe environment and to minimize safety hazards/injuries;
• Performs scheduled plant inspections, and records observations in the facility logbook;
• Maintain & record hourly readings of performance parameters.
• To maintain good housekeeping practices, while working on site and Control rooms.
• To maintain self-discipline and good behavior on the shop floor, and reflect in the team.
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned to you, by the management from time to time.
• To arrest leakages to avoid the energy losses and candidate would be conservative towards resources/energy.

• ITI-RFM or equivalent
• 8-12 years of experience.

• DM and WTP operation experience will be adding advantage.
