We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Service Electrician to join our team in Christchurch.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and repair, with a focus on lifts and escalators. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our existing installations through routine maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs.
Job Description:
Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including testing and inspection of lift systems
Identify and repair faults in lift electrical components
Install new lift systems and upgrades as required
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
Electrician Service Technician (EST) qualification or equivalent
Lift or equivalent industry experience required
Full, current NZ drivers license
Practical problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
