Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technician at Clee Hill Plant. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing construction plant equipment, conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment functionality. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily based in Corby.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in equipment diagnostics and repair software
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance
