• Diploma in Electronics and Communication or Electrical Engineering
• 2+ yrs. experience in debugging hardware and identifying faulty components
• Extensive experience in soldering especially SMD hardware component replacement in existing PCBs
• Responsible for technical support and Product user handling.
• Strong knowledge of Electronic components and circuits.
• Knowledge of Hardware debug processes
• Knowledge of creating tasks in Jira - optional
• Good communication and teamwork with the cross-functional teams
