Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Technician I / II at ALPLA’s facility in Silvassa. The Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery in compliance with company standards and safety protocols. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring efficient and high-quality production output. Additional tasks may include collaborating with other team members to improve processes and product quality.
Qualifications
• Technical expertise in machinery operation, equipment maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and quality control processes
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a focus on efficiency and accuracy
• Willingness to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
• Formal technical education or certification in engineering, mechanics, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
