Job Title : Technician, Process
Duties & Responsibilities
• Able to assemble the product as per instruction from RF/ ME engineer or senior technician.
• Understanding of key assembly processes and calibration of tools and test equipment’s.
• Can understand work instructions, assembly drawings and test documents.
• Familiar with the Soldering and assembly skills.
• knowledge of the test parameters Swift, Return loss, Isolation, PIM, Port extension, DTF, PIM sniffer and Smith Chart.
• Able to use the test equipment’s to test the antenna parameters and record the test data.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Word, Excel.
• Able to work on multiple task and ability to expedite the task as per requirement with/without supervision.
• Good team player and strong work ethics.
Quaification : Diploma/BE in related curriculum such as engineering
Experience : BE with 2 to 3 years and Diploma with 8+ years of work experience in a medium volume /mix electro-mechanical manufacturing or production environment with an emphasis on manufacturing processes
Skills Required
Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively interact with personnel of various levels and disciplines. Ability to regularly contact, influence and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issue.
