JOB SUMMARY: The Technician III tunes, examines, and tests electronic systems, subassemblies and parts (Filters, Hybrids, VCO’s and IMA’s). They conduct a variety of electronic, mechanical and electromechanical tests to ensure units function according to specifications or to determine cause of unit failure. They may also be responsible for completing rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing and assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. The Technician III will support engineering with design and modification of complex Hybrid, VCO, and IMA assemblies.
