Job Requirements
We arelooking for a Technician to join our team in Pune. The Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other channels
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Maintain customer records and update customer information
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback
• Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate team
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
