Installation and Setup:
Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment, machinery, or systems, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status. Prepare reports on maintenance tasks, equipment failures, and recommendations for improvements.
Preventive Maintenance:
Assist in implementing and executing preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure maximum uptime.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during maintenance and repair activities, ensuring a safe working environment.
Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring their availability for maintenance and repair tasks.
Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Stay updated with the latest technical advancements, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures. Share knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues as required.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations while performing maintenance, repair, and installation tasks.
